RO Markers are indicators that you can add to your Repair Order or a Service at various steps along the process.
You will find the RO Markers Tab under the RO Settings Tab in the SMS app.
At the top of the screen there is an add button which allows you to add RO Markers. Clicking the add button will bring up a new window.
On this window you will be able to type in the title of the RO Marker, choose the type (whether its for a repair order or a service), and choose the color of the indicator that should pop up.
When finished adding your settings for the RO Marker, click save and close and your newly added RO Marker will be listed amongst the rest of the RO Markers.
The Pencil icon allows you to edit your RO Marker and the icon next to the pencil allows you to archive that RO Marker.
