The Sales tab is where you manage all your estimates, repair orders, and invoices. The screen is divided into four main tabs, each designed to help you track your work at different stages.
Estimates
This tab displays all created estimates. An estimate is essentially a quote for work you plan to do on a vehicle.
- Convert to RO - When an estimate is prepared for work, it can be converted to a repair order using the Action column. This will move it to the Open Repair Orders tab.
- Create Estimate - A new estimate can be created by clicking the "+ Add" button at the top of the Sales tab.
Open Repair Orders
This tab displays all repair orders that have not yet been completed or invoiced. These are the jobs that are currently in progress. The color bar includes info related to open repair orders.
- Total Price - The tile on the color bar will show the count and price of all ROs.
- Recommended Repairs - The tile on this tab shows the total price of all current and past recommended repairs.
- Actions - Actions available are to print the RO and to send a message regarding the RO.
Closed Repair Orders
This tab displays repair orders that have been completed but are waiting for the customer to pick up their vehicle. The color bar will update with the current information for completed repairs.
Invoices
This tab displays all invoices that have been generated from closed repair orders. Here, you can review finalized transactions.
