Lube Stickers

Create and print oil change reminder stickers directly from the system with new design options.

Key Tag Stickers

Generate and print key tags for customer vehicles with customizable options.

Review Request Control

When closing a Repair Order, you now have the option to suppress automatic review requests. A simple toggle allows you to prevent review requests from being sent without needing to access the Reputation App separately.

Technician Pay Flexibility

Pay technicians a different amount than the billed hours when needed, providing more flexibility in labor compensation.

A/R Statement Creation

Create Accounts Receivable statements with the ability to add fees, and options to print, email, text, or view statements. Available as both bulk and individual customer actions.

Parts Default Price Level

Assign a default price level to parts. When added to a repair order, the system will use the part's assigned price level. Priority order: Vehicle > Customer > Part.

INSPECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

Inspection Workflow Redesign

Complete overhaul of the inspection process with role-based experiences optimized for Tablet (Technician) and Desktop (Service Advisor). New status-based tracking from 'Ready for Review' to 'Sent' with clear next-step actions.

Technician Inspection Flow

Streamlined inspection for technicians with easy status selection (Passed, Pay Attention, Need to Repair, Future). Side panel for adding conditions, actions, notes, and photos. Quick status auto-fill by tapping 'Select status'.

Service Advisor Review Flow

Enhanced desktop view for faster reviewing. SA can view tech comments, edit photos, add annotations, and manage customer notes. Category filtering for focused reviews.

Inspection Template Editing

You can now rename categories and reorder items in inspection templates even when the template is currently in use.

Default Technician Assignment

Inspections now show 'Default Technician' field for clearer assignment. Technician column added to inspection and canned job list grids.

Archived Item Handling

Proper handling of archived conditions, actions, and technicians in inspection views.

SERVICE GUIDE ENHANCEMENTS

Tree View Navigation

The Service Guide now uses a tree view structure for navigation items, making it easier to see your current location in subcategories.

Additional Labor Times

Labor guide now displays additional labor times for overlapping operations, particularly important for accurate brake repair quoting.

Duplicate Item Handling

Improved display of duplicate service subgroups with Qualifier and Position columns in the detail grid for clearer identification.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE IMPROVEMENTS

Client Details Full-Page View

A/R Client Details now opens in a full-page view instead of a popup. Actions are displayed directly at the top with helpful tooltips, and navigation includes a back arrow.

Statement Printing

Improved A/R statement printing with correct vehicle years, proper balance forward calculations, and service charges/adjustments now included.

Payment Receipts

Fixed customer address sequence, payment time display, and Credit Card payment method formatting on receipts.

Outstanding Transactions Filter

Deleted adjustments no longer appear when 'Only Outstanding Transactions' filter is enabled.

Credit Limit Validation

System now immediately alerts when available credit limit is insufficient during Pick Up, instead of showing multiple confirmation dialogs first.

Email Receipts

Updated social media icons (Twitter to X), fixed icon spacing and alignment, and added 'Thank you for your business' message.

REPAIR ORDER FIXES

Closed RO Discounts

Adding a discount to a closed RO no longer recalculates the shop supplies fee. The discount is applied after fees and taxes as expected.

Shop Phone Number

Customer-facing RO screens now display the shop's phone number prominently at the top.

Shop Supplies Calculation

Shop Supplies no longer shows minimum amount when Total Parts and Labor are $0.00 on Review Services tab and Customer Approval pages.

Labor Rate from Past Services

When adding services from Past Services tab, the system now uses the latest labor rate range instead of the old rate.

Workflow Step on Estimates

Removed the non-functional workflow step selection from the Estimate edit screen.

Location Switching

RO detail pages now properly close when switching between locations, preventing display issues.

Technician Worksheet Printing

Fixed spacing in drive type display - now correctly shows 'FWD / RWD / AWD / 4WD'.

TECH RACK & WORKFLOW

Multi-Tech Job Completion

When an RO has multiple technicians assigned and one tech completes their assigned work, the tile now properly removes from that tech's rack while remaining visible for other assigned techs.

Productivity Percentage

End of Day Report Production section now shows productivity percentage (attendance hours / billed hours) and total attendance hours.

Clocked Hours Transfer

Fixed error that occurred when transferring clocked hours between technicians.

Clock Out Override

To streamline end-of-day closing, a Clock Out All button has been added to the Tech Rack. This allows the last person leaving the shop to ensure every team member is clocked out with a single click.

PARTS MANAGEMENT

Buy Factor Calculation

Parts with unit conversions now correctly calculate the cost per unit based on the buy factor.

PartsTech/O'Reilly Part Type

Parts added from PartsTech or O'Reilly are now correctly created as Non-Stocked type instead of Stocked.

Part Grid Lookup

Non-Stocked parts are now properly hidden from the part lookup when adding new parts or editing stocked part lines.

Stock Order Removal

Removed the inappropriate 'Stock Order' option from the Order button menu when ordering parts within an RO.

Parts List Filtering

Fixed issue where filters from one tab were incorrectly applied to other tabs (Stocked/Non-Stocked/Consignment).

Archived Parts

Archived parts no longer appear in the To Return parts list.

CANNED JOBS

Technician Copying

When copying a canned job, assigned technicians are now properly copied to the new canned job.

Tech Assignment Popup

Tech popup now automatically closes once a user is assigned, improving workflow efficiency.

Technician Grid Display

Fixed alignment of technician avatar and name in the labor line technician selection grid.

Search Box Behavior

Tech popup no longer closes unexpectedly when clicking on the search box.

Fee Validation

System now prevents saving fees for reuse with empty names.

Technician Profile Pictures

Fixed display of technician profile pictures when adding new canned jobs from recommendations.

USER INTERFACE IMPROVEMENTS

Standardized Date Filters

Date selection filters are now consistent across all screens, including the addition of 'Yesterday' option on the payment screen.

Customer Entry Tab Order

Tab navigation now moves left to right (first name to last name) when entering new customers from the Add RO popup.

Recommendation Attachments

Images on the recommendation approval and print pages now display with uniform height for a cleaner appearance.

Invoice Tab Title

Removed underscore between customer names in the browser tab title when viewing invoice PDFs.

Service Grid Spacing

Removed excess whitespace on the right side of the service grid in Edit/View mode.

Reconcile Mobile View

Fixed display issues with Net Payment Totals on iPad and mobile views.

Reconcile Print Timezone

Created Date on printed reconciliation reports now shows in the current location's timezone.

Notification Text Consistency

Updated notification option text from 'When RO is completed' to 'When the RO is completed' for consistency.

Purchase Order Currency Symbol

Added missing dollar signs ($) for Freight and Fee fields when receiving parts or viewing supplier invoices.

REPORTS & METRICS

End of Day Report - Work in Progress

Total and Balance Due now correctly subtract RO discounts for accurate Work in Progress figures.

Production Metrics

Added attendance hours and productivity percentage calculations to the End of Day Report.

Utilities Order

Fluids, Tire, Torque Specs, and Brake Specs in RO Edit Utilities now follow the standard order from other systems.

Inspection Filtering Performance

Optimized database queries for faster inspection filtering.

Memory Usage

Addressed high memory usage in Chrome when leaving Workflow page open for extended periods.

Portal App Switching

Improved handling of bulk statement sending when customers have large statements.
