From anywhere within the Drive app you can access the communication feature from the top right of any page. 




Clicking the communication icon from here will open a window where you will be asked to specify your location and select the “create” button.




This will then allow you to select from a list of users at this location to add to a chat.



After selecting the users you’d like to add to the chat select the “create” button and a new chat window will display allowing you to communicate with other users from that location.


From this window you can create a new chat with another group of people using the add chat button at the top left.



You can also add new members to any chat using the add member button located at the top right of this window.



To delete a member from a chat use the trash icon next to the member’s name from the user list that displays when selecting the 3 dots next to the “add member” button. 



You can also archive a chat from this button.
