DRIVE Marketing App v26.4.0 – Release Notes
May 11, 2026
This release focuses on performance improvements, data accuracy, compliance safeguards, and user experience refinements across the Marketing App, Dashboards, Campaigns, Follow Ups, Social Media, and Portal.
Many of these updates are the direct result of client feedback and real‑world usage patterns. Thank you for helping us continue to improve Drive.
Performance & Reliability Improvements
Faster Social Calendar Loading
We’ve significantly improved load times for the Social Calendar. Previously, some accounts experienced 20–30 second delays when opening the calendar. The calendar now loads much faster, allowing you to plan, review, and manage social content without interruption.
Improved Stability with Email & Templates
- Resolved an issue where sending test emails from Email Templates inside the Portal app could freeze or become unresponsive.
- Sending test emails from templates is now reliable across both the Portal and Marketing App.
Reporting & Dashboard Accuracy
Several inconsistencies across dashboards have been resolved to ensure reporting aligns with real business performance.
Corrected Sales, Profitability & Performance Calculations
We’ve fixed multiple calculation issues across dashboards so financial metrics now reflect accurate values:
- Gross Sales and Average RO now properly exclude:
- RO Fees
- Taxes (where applicable)
- Gross Profit percentages are now calculated consistently between grids, widgets, and charts.
- Profitability by Vehicle and Profitability by Service reports now display accurate dollar values and percentages.
- Converted customer counts in Campaign Performance reports now correctly reflect customer activity tied to completed repair orders.
Improved Display & Formatting
- All monetary values across dashboards now display two decimal places for consistency.
- Fixed issues where some values were difficult or impossible to read in dark mode.
- Print and PDF versions of dashboards now:
- Exclude future dates
- Preserve correct report filters (such as Lead Funnel type)
- Match on‑screen values and formatting
Campaigns & Automation Improvements
Appointment Reminder Campaigns: No Longer Blocked by Marketing Opt‑In
Appointment reminder campaigns have been updated to ensure they send as expected, even when customers are not opted in for marketing text messages.
Appointment reminders are now treated as operational service communications, not promotional marketing messages. This ensures customers with scheduled appointments receive timely reminders while still respecting explicit opt‑out preferences.
What’s improved:
- Appointment reminders are no longer restricted by marketing text opt‑in status
- Explicit text opt‑outs are still honored
- Reminder volume more accurately reflects actual appointment activity
Campaign Controls & Visibility
- Fixed an issue where the “Cancel Campaign” action was still visible after a campaign had already been canceled.
- Corrected inaccurate email/text counts on Campaign list tiles so totals now match actual campaign data.
- Restored missing Recipients tab visibility for Email Opt‑In campaigns.
- Fixed behavior where paused phone campaigns could incorrectly remove or reprocess follow‑ups after being resumed.
Compliance & Suppression Fixes
- Customers marked as Do Not Call (or with any communication opt‑out flag) are now correctly excluded from:
- Phone campaigns
- Call‑based campaign audiences
- Resolved issues where customers opted out of text but eligible for email were incorrectly excluded from Automated Birthday campaigns.
- Fixed Opt‑In campaign logic so “Skip customers who recently received communication” works as expected.
Message & Template Enhancements
- Customer/company name merge logic now prioritizes company name when one exists, ensuring messages sent to businesses display correctly.
- Refined text‑generation prompts to consistently produce messages within optimal character limits.
- Addressed delivery issues affecting certain outbound text messages.
Follow Ups & Customer Activity
Customer Information Warning in Follow‑Ups
Follow-ups now clearly indicate when required customer information is missing, helping prevent failed outreach and incomplete communication attempts.
If a customer is missing key details, such as phone number, email address, or address, a warning icon appears directly in the Follow‑Up view.
What’s improved:
- Missing customer information is clearly flagged in Follow‑Ups
- Clicking the warning or customer name opens the customer record for quick editing
- Helps teams resolve issues before calling, texting, or emailing
Accurate Follow‑Up Behavior
- Paused campaigns no longer create new follow‑up call activity in customer logs.
- Resolved issues where follow‑ups were incorrectly deleted or reassigned when campaigns were resumed.
- Fixed duplicate service recommendations appearing in follow‑ups.
- Past (inactive) service recommendations are no longer incorrectly shown as current.
Improved Clarity & Consistency
- Recommendation amounts are now consistently rounded to two decimals.
- Vehicle Average RO calculations now correctly include zero‑dollar repair orders when location settings specify this.
- Warning messages for missing customer information now:
- Display clean, readable text
- Link directly to customer profile editing for quick resolution
- Follow Up action menus now only show valid, appropriate actions.
Social & LinkedIn Updates
- Resolved posting failures to LinkedIn related to upload registration errors.
- Fixed LinkedIn login issues affecting some accounts.
- Account‑level social scheduling no longer overwrites existing location‑level posts, protecting both client‑created and Managed Services content.
Invoices & CRM Views
- Invoice totals in CRM/RPM now properly display RO Fees and Accounts Receivable, ensuring consistency with SMS totals.
- Fixed formatting and calculation inconsistencies so invoice data aligns across systems.
Portal & UI Enhancements
- Corrected template catalog columns so WRK and CRM/EMP templates display only their relevant fields.
- Improved error handling when deactivating tracking numbers:
- Clear error messages now appear immediately when a number can’t be deactivated due to active usage.
- Updated warning and action UI in Follow Ups to fully align with approved designs.
