DRIVE Reputation App v26.4.0 – Release Notes
May 11, 2026
This release focuses on improving reliability, restoring key workflows, and refining usability across invoices, reviews, follow-ups, inbox, and customer management within the Drive Reputation App.
Several updates address issues that could block everyday actions, such as viewing invoices, managing follow‑ups, or editing customer records, ensuring the reputation app continues to support smooth, efficient reputation and customer communication workflows.
Invoices & Sharing Improvements
Invoice Viewing & Approval Links Restored
We’ve resolved multiple issues that could cause errors when viewing invoices or generating approval/share links in reputation app and marketing app views. Invoices now load reliably without system errors, and approval link functionality behaves as expected.
Copy Share Link Error Fixed
The “Copy Share Link” option for invoices no longer returns false permission errors related to inactive users. Sharing invoice links is now consistent and reliable.
Reviews & Inbox Enhancements
Easier Customer Attachment for Reviews
Attaching customers to reviews is now more intuitive:
- Clicking a customer row now selects it directly (no extra radio button clicks required)
- Checkbox selection has been restored for consistency across the system
This reduces friction when matching reviews to the correct customer record.
Inbox UI Refinements
- Phone and view (eye) icons in the Reviews Inbox are now properly centered
- Scrolling behavior in Review views and inbox lists has been standardized to match the rest of the platform
- Fixed errors that could occur when using Thumbs Up actions in the Reviews Inbox
Follow-Ups: Workflow Restored
Follow-Ups Are Now Fully Editable in the reputation app
Resolved multiple issues where Follow-Ups appeared as read‑only in the Reputation App:
- Follow-Up edit screens now function correctly
- Customer and vehicle action buttons are no longer locked
- Reputation app behavior is now consistent with marketing views
This ensures teams can manage follow-ups confidently without switching systems.
Customer & Profile Management Fixes
Customer Editing Restored
The ability to add and edit customer records has been fully restored in reputation app. Customer profiles are no longer view‑only, allowing teams to keep customer data accurate and up to date.
Profile Display Consistency
Fixed an issue where user profile information displayed incorrectly when switching to the Recommendations tab, ensuring consistent user context across invoice views.
UI & Portal Stability Improvements
Portal Invoice View Errors Resolved
Portal users will no longer encounter HTTP errors when viewing invoices connected to reputation app or marketing app data.
UI Consistency Across reputation app
- Scrollbars in the Options screen have been standardized
- Visual alignment and behavior now match platform-wide UI standards
These refinements contribute to a smoother, more predictable experience across the reputation app.
