In this section of the SMS App you are able to set up and store all of the various notes that you will send internally during the process of a repair order. These notes will be shared between employees letting them know certain things about the Repair Order.
You will find Note Templates Tab under the RO Settings Tab in the SMS app.
At the top of the screen there is an add button which allows you to add a new note template. Clicking the add button will bring up a new window.
On this window you will be able to type in the name of the note template and the content for the note. Press the Save and Close button to finalize your selection and it will be added to the master list.
The Pencil icon allows you to edit your note template and the icon next to the pencil allow you to archive, copy, or preview that note template.
