The Team Score in the Reputation App helps to manage your team and view each team members "score". Each team member who is attached to a repair order will also be connected to the review that comes in from the customer.
- If a customer gives a thumbs up in their review, those team members will have one thumbs up on this tab, same for thumbs down.
- This helps to show how many thumbs up or thumbs down your team members are getting on each repair.
- This can help you to set incentives for your team, appreciate those who are doing well, or help those who may need improvements.
