The Team Score tab utilizes the information from the files received from Drive Upload.
When a customer leaves a review, the system locates the repair order and technician associated with the review. This information is added to that technician's total reviews.
The tab provides a breakdown of reviews and offers an overall reputation score for each technician. At the bottom of the grid, it will list the totals for the entire shop.
This tab is helpful to the shop owner so they can track the performance of each team member according to the customer.
Clicking the View button under Actions will provide a detailed overview of the review left as well as the Repair Order number.
Keep in mind all this information is taken from the Drive Upload files. If the shop owner does not put the required information into their Shop Management System, like the technician assigned, then the system will not be able to input the info for this tab.
