The Activity Log in DRIVE's Reputation app shows all contact that occursbetween customers and the shop across all applications including emails, texts, and created follow ups.
Tools:
- Use the Application filter to view just the activity in the Reputation app.
- Set the Date Range to choose how far back you want to view activity.
- Set the Activity Type to filter between text and emails, and if it was sent, failed to send, queued, or opened.
