An Overlay Graph overlays multiple KPIs on a line or bar graph, comparing multiple KPIs to each other.

Here is how to create these graphs:

• Navigate to the Dashboards tab under the KPI app.

• Click on the Overlay Graph button.

• Clicking the + Add button will create a row on the grid below and another KPI added to the Overlay Graph.

• Adjust the settings for each graph by clicking on the item you wish to change.

• Match Scales is best used when comparing similarly scaled KPIs (e.g., billed hours for each technician).  The graph will contain only 1 scale for all KPIs on the left side of the graph.

• If a KPI has been archived, check the box in the top left corner.  Archived KPIs will become available for graphing.

• A title must be added before adding it to your KPI app dashboard.

• Once done, click Save and the graph(s) will be added to your dashboard.
