The Calculated Metrics are used to plot equations by adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing the shop's KPIs.

• Navigate to the Dashboards tab under the KPI app.

• Click on the Metrics (Calculated) button if the layout is set as "Fixed".

• If the Layout is any other, click on the Gadget button.

• Scroll down to the bottom left grid and select the KPIs that will be in the equation.  Each selected KPI will be assigned an alias to be used in the equation.

• Type out the equation using the KPIs alias.  Keep in mind to use * when multiplying and / when dividing.

• Adjust the settings for each gadget by clicking on the item you wish to change.

• If a KPI has been archived, check the box that says Display Archived KPIs.  Archived KPIs will become available for graphing.

• A title must be added before adding it to your KPI app dashboard.

• Once done, click Save and the gadget(s) will be added to your dashboard.
