Gadgets and graphs can be resized and moved depending on the number of min grid columns the user has set when creating the dashboard.

The dashboard is set up as a row/column grid. 

The number of columns are set under the settings for the dashboard, while the number of rows are unlimited.

In the top right of the gadget, are 4 icons.  Click and hold the directional arrows to move the graph around. 

When moving the graph around, a "shadow will appear behind the gadget.  This will indicate where the gadget will snap.

Similarly, hovering over the corners or sides of the gadget will display another directional arrow. Clicking and dragging will resize the graph.  Another "shadow" will appear to show the new size of the gadget.
