Within the DVI app technicians are able to add notes and photos to repair orders assigned to them. a tech add a note by clicking on the note icon for each service.
There are 2 kinds of notes:
- Tech Notes – Notes used internally in shop by the team. They are meant for other technicians to read.
- Customer Notes – These are notes meant for the customer to read. Not every tech has the permission to write these.
To add a photo for a service in a RO a technician selects the “take a photo button”. A new window will appear allowing techs to attach a photo of repairs.
