We are aware that many users are facing an issue with the print button not working on the KPI Dashboards. After investigation, we have determined that this problem is related to extensions in Google Chrome. Certain extensions can interfere with the functionality of websites, including the print feature.
One extension known to cause this issue is Grammarly.
To resolve the issue, please follow these steps to adjust the settings for each extension and identify the one causing the problem:
1. In Google Chrome, click the Extensions button.
2. Select the menu (three dots) next to the extension you’d like to change.
3. Navigate to the menu item “This Can Read and Change Site Data” and select “When You Click the Extension.”
4. Reload the current page for the settings to take effect.
This prevents the extension from loading automatically in the background, while still allowing you to use it when needed. If you are still unable to print, try these steps with the other extensions one at a time until you find the culprit.
