The By Period Ending section shows all KPIs for a single period.

The columns on the grid:

  • KPI - Name of the KPI.

  • Format - Type of the KPI.

  • Period - How often the KPI is entered. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)

  • Period Ending - Shows the date for the most recent full period.

  • Amount - Enter the amount for the selected KPI.

  • Unnamed Column - This column will show blue or red arrows.  The arrows indicate the direction and the color if it's a positive (blue) or negative (red) change when compared to the prior amount.

  • Prior Amount - This shows what was previously entered in for the KPI.

  • Source - Who has last entered or edited the KPI.

  • Note - Notes entered in for a single KPI.

  • Action - View a graph, learn the definition of the KPI, or delete the selected amount for that KPI.  Backspace will delete the entry to 0.  To completely remove an entry, click Clear amount.

Depending on the resolution of the computer, some of the columns might not be initially visible.  Clicking the 3 dots will display the rows that could not fit on the grid.

Users can select a Period End by typing in a date or clicking on the calendar icon and selecting a date.  The most recent full period will be displayed for the KPI.  For example, if a shop's week-ending day is set to a Friday and the user selects a Thursday, the Friday the week before will be displayed.

To view hidden KPIs, click on Display Hidden KPIs.  If the shop has Drive Upload installed, the KPIs that are automatically uploaded can be viewed when Display Hidden KPIs are checked.

Buttons for the grid from left to right:

  • Batch Action - Select multiple KPIs and choose to view graphs or clear amounts.

  • Column Chooser - Remove and add columns to the grid for a custom view.

  • Print - Print a table of KPI entry data.

  • Import - Import multiple entries for KPIs at the same time.

  • Refresh - Refreshes just the grid and not the entire browser.

  • Collapse All - Collapses all sub-KPIs.

  • Expand All - Expands all sub-KPIs.

  • Reset - Resets the grid to the original settings.
