Users can view notes for all KPIs in the Notes by Period Ending section. Click the + Add button to add a note.  

The columns on the grid:

• Date - The date for the entry.

• Author - The person who created the entry.

• Note - Note entered in.

• Action - Edit or delete the note.

*Only one note can be entered per day, but notes can be edited to add more information.

Buttons for the grid from left to right:

• Batch Action - Select multiple notes to delete them.

• Export  - Export all or selected rows to an Excel sheet.

• Column Chooser - Remove and add columns to the grid for a custom view.

• Import - Import multiple entries for KPIs at the same time.

• Print - Print a table of KPI entry data.

• Refresh - Refreshes just the grid and not the entire browser.

• Reset - Resets the grid to the original settings.
