At Drive, we are constantly updating our apps and fixing issues that have been brought to our attention. Once an update has been published, some users have difficulty logging in and receive an error saying "URL Unreachable."
To resolve this, first, make sure you do not have a bookmarked link to the apps. If so, delete the bookmark.
Next, use this command on your keyboard in your browser: Ctrl + Shift + R
This command reloads the current page while ignoring cached content.
If the "URL Unreachable" error is resolved by this command, then clearing your cache and cookies will fix the issue.
Each web browser has its own way to clear cache and cookies, but all are very similar.
In the top right corner, click on the 3 dots or dashes.
Select History.
Select Clear Browsing Data.
Change the time range to All Time and select only Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
