Settings App: How To Set Up A User

In this article, we will discuss how to set up a new user (Employee)

1) First go to App Selector and click on the Settings App.

2) Next Go to the Users Tab in the Settings App:

3) This screen shows you all of the users in your shop. From here you can give them user IDs or new passwords. Click the Add button to add a new user.

4) You can add general Info for your new user and even add a picture. Best practice is to use an email address for the user ID and the same email address for the email address. Also be sure to ALLOW LOGIN to make sure your employee can log into the apps.

5) Lastly Select a role for your new user and click Save and Close or Save and New to create another new user. This role will determine their permissions throughout the whole DRIVE APP SUITE.

NOTE: IF YOU TOGGLE THE SWITCH "USER MUST RESET PASSWORD AT NEXT SIGN IN," Your employee will have to reset their password the next time they log in.
