Team Builder: Employment

In this article, we will cover Employees, Training, and Documents tabs under the Employment tab.


The Employment section contains all current employees on your team, any trainings they have completed, and documents associated with them like their resumes and training certificates.


The Employees tab houses all members of your team, their contact and log in information for DRIVE applications, and other information about the employee.



To add an employee, click the + Add button.



On this page, you'll have the following tab options:

  • Profile - Edit their contact information, job title, job information, and other details about this employee and their position.
  • User Login - View the employee's DRIVE Login credentials and their assigned roles.
  • HR Activity - View or add any HR activity for the employee.
  • Past Employment - View or add information about the employee's previous employment.
  • Documents - Any documents associated with the employee like resume, cover letters, training certificates, degrees, or anything else essential for the employee.
  • Training - Add any trainings the employee has had including trainings specifically for the shop or things like CPR or other emergency trainings that may be useful to track.


The Training tab houses an organized list of all trainings as they are added to Team Builder:



This tab helps to give an overview of all trainings employees have received.


The Documents tab houses all employee documents like resumes, emergency contact documents, and other files on your employees.
