In this article, we will cover Job Postings, Job Candidates, Documents, and Activity Log tabs under the Recruiting tab.

The Recruiting tab contains all Job Postings you've created, Candidates and their application information, and an activity log to keep track of contact between the hiring team and candidates.

The Job Postings tab is where you will bring together the Job Posting Templates created in the Settings tab, and here they will be activated and posted to your DRIVE site.

The + Add button works in two ways:

  • If you click the button's left side, you can create a brand new Job Posting from scratch.
  • If you click the right side, the drop-down arrow displays all templates already created in the Settings.

Once you begin creating the Job Posting the following page will open:

This page includes the following tabs:

  • Info - Here, you will include details like the job title, compensation, required or preferred experience/certificates, and the job description. (NOTE: If using a Job Posting Template, most of this information will be filled out already!)

  • Social Media - Create and schedule social media posts about this new job listing! Here, you can write out the post, include graphics, and use the {{Copy Website URL}} merge tag as the link to your job posting!
    • Make sure your social media is connected in the Settings!

  • Hiring Grapevines - Include any outside resources you'd like to share this job posting with from your Hiring Grapevines added in the Settings! Local shops, colleagues with job boards, and friends/family are great grapevines to get the word out about your new job!

  • Performance - View stats on the job posting including candidates, candidate sources, and their hiring pipeline.

Next, the Job Candidates tab organizes all candidates who have applied to positions at your location. You can filter candidates based on a job posting, view a candidate's rating, and what step in the hiring process they are at.

Next, we have the Documents tab which organizes all supplementary materials brought in with job applications including resumes, cover letters, references, and any other documents submitted for a job position by candidates.

Last, we have the Activity Log which shows all activity occurring between the hiring team and candidates. This includes things like:

  • Candidates ratings changing
  • Moving to a new step in the hiring process
  • Emails being sent between the hiring team and candidates, and much more
