Team Builder: Hiring Platforms

The Hiring Platforms are important to set up correctly, that way Team Builder knows where candidates are coming from! Job Postings created here in Team Builder will automatically populate on your shop's Career Page on your website created by DRIVE.

If you also plan to post this job on Hiring Platforms, Team Builder provides specific links for sites like: Craigslist, ZipRecruiter, and Monster. That way Team Builder knows which sites your Candidates are coming from! These URLs all lead to your Career Page however, the URL's are all slightly different to help the app know which platform candidates are coming from!

Follow the instructions below to create the specific URL's for Hiring Platforms:

1. Navigate to the Hiring Platforms tab when creating a new Job Posting.

2. Click Add and choose the platforms this Job Posting will be added to and a scheduled date:

3. Once you are finished creating this job posting, you'll see your new job populate on the main tab. Here, you can use the Action menu drop-down to get specialized links for the different hiring platforms.

4. The last step is to go to those platforms, create your job posting, and use the link specifically made for that Hiring Platform for Candidates to apply. Again, this link will take candidates to your Career Page where this Job Posting is published, but it also informs Team Builder which site your candidates come from.
