All of Drive's suite of apps can be accessed by multiple users. The admin can delegate what roles and responsibilities each user will have.
Before creating a user a role must first be created. Please see this article for how to create a role: https://support.driveshops.app/support/solutions/articles/70000565626-settings-app-roles
Navigate to the Users tab in Settings
Click Add.
Enter the necessary login info. Helpful Tip: use an email address for the UserID to avoid overlapping user IDs.
Multiple roles can be added to a single user and they will be given all permission from both roles.
Once finished, click Save and Close.
