If the shop is a Multi-Shop Operation and has the shops on Drive’s software, the admin will have access to the MSO level. At this level, the user can see information for all locations when accessing an app. For the Settings app, there is only one difference between it and the Location Settings app: the Locations tab.  It allows the user to manage and link other locations to this MSO.

Another benefit of the MSO level is users created will have access to all shops under the locations tab. User and Role creation work the same as at the location level.
