Why Archive?
You would archive a customer if they were no longer an active customer of your shop.
This way they would not show up on your customer list for marketing, but you will still retain the data they have contributed to your overall shop.
How to Archive a customer?
To archive a customer, select the "Archive" option from the action column of the customer you would like to archive. They will then move to the Archived section of the Customers list.
