In this article, we will explore what the 'Import customers' button does.
The 'Import Customers' button is located on the carrot within the + Add button.
Clicking the import customers button will allow you to import customers into the Marketing app from a CSV (comma-separated values) file.
This way, if you keep your customer's information in a spreadsheet you can bring that information directly into the app. When you click on the Import Customers button a window will appear:
Find your CSV file on your computer, drag and drop it where it says "Drop a file here," or click on 'Select a file' and find the CSV file on your computer. After you have chosen the CSV file you want to upload, click next.
You will be prompted on how to upload your customers and they will appear on the list of customers inside the Marketing app.
