Marketing App: Adding Marketing Customers

  • Normally customers are imported from the Shop Management System (SMS,) but there are two ways to manually enter customers.
  • The first method is from the Customers tab.



  • Next, in the upper left corner of the screen, you will see a + Add button.  Next to this, you will see the drop-down arrow. 


  • This option allows the user to import a list of customers in a CSV file format.
  • The second method is to manually enter one customer at a time.
  • Click on the Add button. This will bring down a menu for the user to fill in.



  • The only information required to create a new customer is the type and the first name.
  • We recommend adding all information possible to maximize the capabilities of the app.
