In this section of the SMS App you are able to set up and store all of the various reminders that can be added to a repair order for a customer.
You will find the Reminders Tab under the Options Tab in the SMS app.
At the top of the screen there is an add button which allows you to add reminders. Clicking the add button will bring up a new window.
On this window you will be able to type in the title of the reminder and select the interval of time this reminder should be applied. After selecting the time interval then you can click on the Canned Job tab to add the canned job that should happen after that time interval.
You can add a canned job associated with the time interval you selected on the last screen. You also have the option to add an inspection to this reminder.
Click Save and close to add this reminder to the master list of reminders.
The Pencil icon allows you to edit your reminder and the icon next to the pencil allow you to archive that reminder.
