In this article, we will learn about Surveys in the Playbook app. 

A Survey is a tool that you can use to get confirmation or ask questions about the plays or playbooks you have assigned.  

Drive comes pre-loaded with a few surveys for you to use in the Surveys tab. Or you can create your own survey by clicking the + Add button.

A new window will appear where you can create your survey. Add the general information for the survey such as the title, any categories you would like to add, and a description. When finished, click "Next" to begin adding content.

By clicking the drop-down next to the question, you can add multiple choice questions, open ended questions, true or false questions, or a rating. To add another question to the survey, click the "+ Add new question" drop-down at the bottom.

Once you add your question types, you can add the content for the question. Click Save and Close when finished.
