Playbook App: How To Upload Files To The Playbook

In this article, we will review the process of uploading files to your playbook. You can upload files from your computer to the Playbook App. 

Acceptable file formats are: .ppt .pptx .doc .docx .xls .xlsx .pdf .jpg .jpeg .png

1) Go to the Playbook App and click on the Files tab.

Drive has pre-loaded several files for you to use; however, if you would like to add your own files to this app, click the Add button.

2) A new window will appear for you to add your file. Fill out the general information such as the title and description of your file and organize it into any categories you wish. Also, you can attach a survey to this file by using the dropdown underneath "Survey." 

3) Use the "Click to upload" link or drag a file to upload a file from your computer to the Playbook App. 

When finished, click Save and New to upload a new file or Save and Close to finish. 

Your file will be added to the list of files and will be in DRAFT.

To get it out of Draft click the three dots in the action column:

From this dropdown, you will be able to publish your file making it ready for use! Also, you will be able to see a preview of your file, set it as a favorite, add it to more categories and more.
