Playbook: Assignments

The Assignments tab will display all the assignments that you as the shop owner (admin) have assigned to your employees.


You can also view and review the assignments that you have assigned to your employees.


 

To view any of the assignments you have assigned, click the eye button in the Action column or double-click the row.


If you would like to create a new assignment, which means assigning a play or playbook to an employee, you can click the Add button at the top.


A new screen will appear that will allow you to choose the play you would like to assign. 


The assignment type is either a reference material or an assignment with a due date. If the assignment has a due date, the calendar will appear allowing you to select a date.


The "Type" dropdown in the Content section will allow you to filter the material below by the type of play.



Choose the play or plays you want by clicking the check box beside it and click the Next button.


Next, you will choose which employees you would like to assign the play(s) to. 



Select the employees that you wish to send the assignment to by checking the checkbox beside their name then click Next.


The next screen will appear with the notification settings. You can use an email template you made in the Email Templates tab on this screen to send email notifications based on certain set triggers.



Set up when you would like the app to send a notification to an assignee or yourself. When finished, click Save. 


Once created, it will be displayed on the Assignments tab.
