In this article, we will discuss how to send a message to a customer from your customer list.
You can send a quick message to a customer from your customer list in two ways.
1) The first method is by finding the customer in your list and selecting "Send text message" or "Send email" from the menu in the action column for that customer:
2) The second method is to click the message button at the top of the screen beside your profile picture.
Either method will bring you to the Communications screen:
You can choose to send an email or text message.
Note: Only the messaging options available to the customer will appear here. For example, if they have no email address on their record, there will be no email option for that customer.
