In this article, we will look at the Videos tab in the Playbook and how to use the Embed Source so that you can use videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, and TikTok in your Playbook. Below is an example of how you can embed a video from YouTube.

1) The Videos tab is where you can access all the videos you have added to the Playbook. From here, you can assign them to employees by clicking the three dots in the action column. 

2) Click the + Add button to add a video to this list. On this screen, you can add general information such as the Title, Categories, Description, and Survey. In the Embed Source field, you can paste your embed code from YouTube.

3) To Get the Embed Source From YouTube, go to the YouTube video you wish to copy. Next,  click the Share button under the YouTube video. 

4) Click the button that says Embed and another screen will come up where you can copy your embed code to paste in the Playbook.

5) Click the copy button in the bottom right of this window. Now, go back to your Playbook app and paste the code into the Embed Source field.

6) Click Save and Close. Make sure you PUBLISH your video so that you are able to assign it to employees.
