The Drive Time Clock app will allow owners to optimize their payroll solutions and track employees' hours.
Clocking hours is simple. For employees to clock in they would have to click on the “clock in” button at the top right of the screen near their name avatar.
A window will come up to authenticate the user clocking in. Then, they will be able to choose which event they wish to click into.
On the Time Clock tab, you can view all employee clock punches for any type of event, whether it's clocking in or billing hours. You can sort the events by attendance or by event type. The color bar provides a visual representation of the different logged hours.
The + Add button allows the admin to clock and edit employee hours. First, choose the employee you wish to edit. Then, choose the description for the event.
The owner can view summaries of all employees on the Summary tab. The owner can choose which employees to view and change the period to display.
The Time Clock Events tab enables the owner to create events for employees to clock in and out, which can be used with the Time Clock tab.
To add a new event, click the + Add button. Choose a title and the settings for the event.
The Options tab allows the owner to set the pay period type, week ending day, and pay period start date.
The Location Hours tab displays the shop's hours.
