Time Clock 


Time clock is used to capture start and end times for employee work days.

Time clock information can be viewed in 2 ways, by event and by attendance. This can be changed by using the toggle button found on the top right of the screen. 


  • By event:

You can also filter the clock in and clock out information shown to you in the grid by using the period filter button at the top of the screen.


A summary of production hours clocked can be viewed at the top of the time clock screen.


Add a New Time Clock Entry


To add a new time clock entry for a employee use the add button. A new window will appear allowing you to select the employee this entry is for and include the clock in/out hours. There are also fields for notes and a description.  


Summary


The summary screen gives you a breakdown of all the hours worked by an employee.  The grid on this screen breaks down total clocked hours, billed hours, repair order hours, and training hours for each employee.



Time Clock Events


This tab shows all the occurrences of clock ins/outs for employees.



You’re able to see the event title and whether or not it’s a paid event.

You can make an event a part of the attendance record. If an event is part of an employee's attendance record means in will be used when calculating total clocked hours.


You can edit events using the pencil icon from the action column. You can specify if you’d like an event to be a part of someone’s attendance record, or if it’s paid.



Shop Hours


This allows you to edit the times when your shop is open. This is the exact shop hours that are also shown in the settings app.
