In this article, we will cover the MAPs feature in the Client Portal. This feature allows shops to view goals, tasks, and other planning tools created with their coach and other support teams here at DRIVE!
First, use the app selector to navigate to the Client Portal.
Next, go to the MAPs tab.
Here you can see:
- Tasks - View or add tasks to complete based on your goals!
- Goals - View or add long-term goals for the shop (next month, next quarter, next year etc.).
- Shop Information - View details about the shop including things like shop tools, technicians, and more.
- Overall Plan - View your overall plan based on the goals and tasks set for the shop.
- Marketing Plan - Here the marketing plan created by the marketing team or clarified with the coach will be displayed. Let your coach know what your marketing plan is!
- KPI - View important KPIs from the KPI app.
- Trainings - View the trainings recommended by your coach that will be best for the shop to grow and for your team.
- Shop Inspections - View scheduled or planned shop inspections.
- WorkShop Notes - View any notes from workshops.
The content in these areas will be filled in with your coach based on your goals and plans for growth! The tasks and goals sections have space for you to add additional tasks and goals. If any other sections require changes, please let your coach know in your next call!
