Team Builder: Job Postings Setup

In this article, we will learn how to set up the job posting templates for the Team Builder app.

Click on the Job Posting Templates tab under the Settings section.

Using job posting templates will speed up listing completion.

Templates are pre-made or previously used listings that can be re-used for future listings.

Click the view button in the Action column to view and select your desired template.

Drive has several templates pre-loaded in the app. If you would like to use them, you must make a copy. The three dots in the action column will allow you to archive or copy the template. 

Now that the template is your own, you can edit it.

When you edit your job posting template a new window will appear:

Make the necessary changes and click Save and Close.

Finally, to make the template available to use, you must publish it. This is done by clicking the three dots in the Action column for your template.
