Location KPIs: Overview

The Location KPIs tab is used to add, manage, and archive KPIs for the shop.



Above the grid, users can choose between all, active, or archived KPIs.  Once a user has selected what to view, the grid will change to display the desired KPIs.



The Grid Columns: 

  • Department/KPI - Name of the Department, KPI, or Sub KPI

  • KPI Level - This shows if the KPI is private or account KPI

  • Format - The KPI is either Average, Currency, Percent, or Quantity

  • Last Entered By - User who has entered in the KPI in last

  • Period - How often the KPI is to be entered

  • Auto Calculated - Indicated if the KPI is auto-calculated

  • Modified Date - Date the last user has modified the KPI

  • Modified By - User that last modified the KPI 

  • Action - Edit or Archive the KPI. Assign users to the KPI, Add a sub KPI, Convert to private, or Merge KPIs


To Add a KPI to track, users can click on the + Add button at the top.



Next to the Add KPI button, users can turn on Edit mode to quickly edit the name of the KPI and the period.
